Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the System

FLN ગુણાંકન સિસ્ટમ ("the System") is provided for the purpose of recording, tracking, and reporting Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) assessment results for school students under NPSS Jamnagar. It is intended for use by authorized school administration staff, teachers, cluster/education officers, and parents/guardians (who log in to view their own child's results), each through their own role-specific account.

2. Accounts & access

• Accounts are created by school/education-office Admin staff, not through open self-registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• You may change your password at any time from your profile menu.
• Accounts are role-scoped - please only use the System for the school/data you are authorized to access.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact your school Admin immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the System only for its intended educational administration purpose, and not to:

• Enter false or intentionally inaccurate assessment data
• Attempt to access data outside your role's authorized scope
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the System
• Share your login credentials with anyone else

4. Data accuracy

Marks and other data entered into the System are the responsibility of the teacher/school user who enters them. The System provides a re-evaluation feature so authorized staff can correct mistakes, with a record kept of who made the change and why.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the System available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The System may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.

6. Changes to the System or these Terms

Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the System is improved. These Terms may also be updated; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
