Account & Data Deletion Request - FLN ગુણાંકન સિસ્ટમ

This page lets you request that a School, Teacher, CRC, Commissioner, or Parent account - and the personal data associated with it - be deleted from FLN ગુણાંકન સિસ્ટમ.

Because accounts in this System are created and managed by school/education-office Admin staff (rather than by self-registration), deletion requests are handled by Admin rather than automatically in-app. Submit your request using either option below, and Admin will action it within a reasonable time.

If you are a parent/guardian requesting deletion of a student's data, please say so in your request and include the student's name, GR number (if known), and school name, so we can find the right record.

Option A - Send a request email

2Fill in: your full name, your role (School/Teacher/CRC/Commissioner/Parent), your username or GR number (if known), your school name, and what you'd like deleted (just your account, or account + all data).

Option B - Contact your school or education office directly

You can also ask your school's Admin/Principal, or your CRC/education office, to submit the deletion request on your behalf through the System's admin tools.

What happens after a request

We will verify the request relates to a real account in the System.
Once verified, the account and its associated personal data are permanently deleted from the System (not just deactivated), except for information we're required to keep for legitimate reasons such as regulatory/government record-keeping - if that applies, we'll let you know what's retained and why.
Requests are typically actioned within a reasonable time of verification.
